Cancellation & Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling your MakeMyFlights ferry booking.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be requested via email to enterprisegooldenwood@gmail.com with your PNR number.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available up to 6 hours before departure for a nominal fee of ₹150 per person.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days directly to your original payment method.

1 Cancellation Charges

Time of Cancellation Charges Applicable
More than 48 hours before departure ₹250 per person per ticket
Between 48 to 24 hours before departure 50% of the total ticket cost
Within 24 hours of departure No refund (100% charges)

2 Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling Fee: A fee of ₹150 per person is applicable for rescheduling with the same operator.
  • Same Operator: Subject to availability on the new travel date. Fare difference (if any) will be applicable.
  • Different Operator: If you wish to switch operators, the existing ticket will be cancelled (standard charges apply) and a new ticket will be booked at current available fares.
  • Timeline: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before departure.

3 Force Majeure (Operator Cancellations)

In the event of ferry cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions, technical issues, or government restrictions, the following applies:

  • 100% refund of the ticket amount including all fees.
  • Option to reschedule to the next available ferry at no extra cost.
  • Priority booking on alternative ferry services where possible.

4 Refund Process & Timeline

Once a cancellation is confirmed via email, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source:

Note: Convenience fees and transaction charges are non-refundable. GST on the cancelled amount will be refunded proportionally.

No-Show Policy

Passengers who fail to report at least 30 minutes before departure will be treated as "No-Show". In such cases, 100% of the ticket amount will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
