All bookings made through MakeMyFlights are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective ferry operators. A booking is considered confirmed only after the full payment is processed and a PNR is issued.
Cancellations are subject to charges based on the time of request: ₹250 (>48h), 50% (24-48h), and 100% (<24h). All cancellation requests must be sent via email to enterprisegooldenwood@gmail.com.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. A rescheduling fee of ₹150 per person plus any fare difference will apply.
Failure to report at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure will result in 100% forfeiture of the ticket amount. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website if you link to us. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising on your website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libellous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
